Hirona Matsuda is an assemblage and installation artist based in Charleston, SC. Her multidisciplinary practice centers around repurposed materials that she uses to explore how we understand each other and how we influence our surroundings. Light, shadow, movement, and sound are often used to replicate the different ways we experience the world.
